Shenandoah Community Association (SCA) dues are assessed every six (6) months. Assessment notices are mailed out in December and June and assessments are due within thirty 30 days from the date of the notice. Unpaid assessments will accrue a late fee and finance charges. Reminder statements showing the accrued charges are mailed out in April and October.
All sold community properties require a closing letter. Once the property is under contract, please contact SCA with the buyer's name and scheduled date of closing. At that time. a closing letter will be prepared detailing the assessments on the property and the closing fees (currently $140) that will be due to SCA at the time of the sale.
